The first step of the program is to determine your field(s) of interest and pre-conceptions about it, such as what's involved in the field, based on our guide. Next, you will read our interviewing guidelines, which includes a cold-email template, and watch 1-2 existing Career Chats interviews to learn the basics of interviewing.
Deep dive
WRAPPING-UP
Once the interviewing process is finished, interns complete a capstone project. This is intended to be a reflection opportunity, such as by exploring if and how your preconceptions have changed after the interviews.
FINAL STEPS
Our team of judges will choose a first ($500), second ($300), and third ($200) winner based on quality of interviews and capstone project.
